1. Using ZVibe
By accessing or using ZVibe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ZVibe is a social space for adults for photo and video sharing, inspiration, profiles and following, virtual gifts, private messaging, and video calls. It is not a dating or matchmaking service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Optional AI permissions are separate from accepting these Terms.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable laws. Provide accurate, current account and profile information. Do not impersonate someone else or create an account for another person without authorization. We may request age verification and restrict accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact support if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
3. Content and respectful conduct
You remain responsible for the content you upload or send. Only share material you have the right to use, including the necessary permissions from people depicted. By sharing content, you allow ZVibe to host, process, display, and deliver it as needed to operate the features you use, including moderation and sharing.
Do not use ZVibe for:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, or unwanted contact.
- Nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic material, or prohibited violent or dangerous content.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or content involving minors that violates our safety standards.
- Scams, fraud, spam, solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.
- Impersonation, infringing content, privacy violations, or harvesting other people’s information.
- Unauthorized automation, bypassing access controls, or interference with the service.
We may review reports, remove or restrict content, and warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when appropriate. Moderation does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected. See Reporting & safety and our Child Safety Standards.
4. Calls, virtual gifts, and purchases
Virtual gifts on photo and video posts are digital items purchased with coins at the displayed price. They are distinct from AI Gift Ideas, which suggest real-world gifts. Video calls may require coins from the person initiating the call; receiving a call and sending text messages do not require call coins. Check the rate and balance shown in the app before proceeding.
Coins are not transferable between users and are not currency. Any creator rewards or payout features are subject to their in-app eligibility and rules; receiving a virtual gift does not guarantee a cash payment.
App Store purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and store policies. Contact support@zvibe.co for help with an uncredited purchase; never send card details or verification codes.
5. Optional AI features
AI Ideas & Inspiration and AI Gift Ideas use Anthropic with separate account-saved permission. Optional photo example generation uses OpenAI with a separate image permission. Message translation sends text to OpenAI when used. See AI privacy details for the information involved and how to change your choices.
AI results are suggestions, may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Check important facts, availability, and suitability yourself. Do not provide sensitive information or information you do not have permission to share.
6. Your interactions with others
Respect consent, personal boundaries, and other people’s privacy. Do not assume that a profile, a post, or a connection request is permission for unwanted contact. You are responsible for your interactions and any decisions to meet or exchange information outside ZVibe. Use reporting and blocking tools when needed. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
7. Ending or restricting an account
You can stop using the service or delete your account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Account deletion is irreversible; read the retention and deletion details. It cannot remove copies held by other people or automatically reverse completed store purchases.
If you believe a moderation or account decision was made in error, contact support with the relevant details. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
8. Availability and responsibility
Features may change or be interrupted, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, AI accuracy, or any particular social outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revision date, and significant changes may be communicated through the app or other appropriate means. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
