These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZVibe app and website. By using ZVibe you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ZVibe, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use ZVibe. By using the app you represent that you are 21 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information on your profile and for activity on your account. Keep your access secure and provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use & community guidelines

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or abusive behaviour.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or any illegal content or activity.
• No impersonation, spam, scams or solicitation.
• No sharing of others' private information without consent.
• You must comply with all applicable laws while using ZVibe.

5. Virtual items, coins & purchases

ZVibe offers coins and virtual gifts that can be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed not sold, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and offers may change.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating ZVibe. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

7. Video calls & conduct

Live video is at the heart of ZVibe. You agree to behave respectfully on every call. Inappropriate conduct during calls may lead to suspension or removal.

8. Reporting & enforcement

You can report or block other members at any time. We may review reports and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

9. Termination

You may stop using ZVibe at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or harm the community.

10. Disclaimers

ZVibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, outcomes or uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other members.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZVibe after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
