Reporting & safety
If something crosses a line, you can report it. You don’t have to keep a conversation going or accept unwanted contact.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first. ZVibe support is not an emergency service.
Report in the app
Use the reporting action available on the relevant post, profile, or conversation. Select the reason and add context that will help us understand the concern. For an issue during a call, report the account or contact support with the approximate time and details.
If you cannot access the app or need to provide more information, email support@zvibe.co with the subject “ZVibe Safety Report.” Include:
- The username or profile involved, and a post link or identifier if available.
- What happened and when, including your time zone if useful.
- The type of concern, such as harassment, threats, impersonation, a scam, prohibited content, or suspected underage use.
- Relevant context. Redact unrelated private information and never include verification codes.
Do not download, share, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Describe where it appeared instead. See Child Safety Standards.
Email a safety report ↗Block unwanted contact
Use the Block action available for the account or conversation to restrict contact through ZVibe. Reporting and blocking serve different purposes: report a concern for review, and block an account to set a personal boundary. Do not rely on blocking to erase material already copied or shared.
Our community boundaries
ZVibe is for adults 18+. We prohibit harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, impersonation, sexually explicit content, prohibited violent or dangerous content, and violations of other people’s privacy or rights. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, and material that endangers children are prohibited.
Only post content you have the right to share. Respect consent and personal boundaries in photos, videos, messages, and calls. Read the content and conduct terms.
What happens after a report
Reports and relevant information may be reviewed to determine appropriate action. That can include content removal, restrictions, warnings, suspension, or termination. Information may be preserved or shared with authorities when required by law or necessary for safety.
We do not promise a fixed response time or a particular outcome for every report. We may not be able to share another person’s account details or all investigation results. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact support with the details.
Keep your information yours
Be thoughtful about sharing personal details. ZVibe support will not need your verification code or card credentials. For privacy choices, AI permissions, or deletion, see the Privacy Policy and account deletion page.
