This Privacy Policy explains how ZVibe ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the ZVibe mobile app and this website. By using ZVibe you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your phone number, used to verify your identity by SMS code.
  • Profile information: your name or nickname, age (must be 21+), gender, "interested in" preference, photos, bio, interests, country, languages and vibe tags.
  • Content you create: posts, photos, videos, messages and gifts you send through the app.
  • Usage & device data: app activity, device type and identifiers, and diagnostic information used to keep ZVibe running smoothly.
  • Payment information: purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How we use your information

  • To create your profile and match you with other members on live video.
  • To deliver chat, gifts, video calls and notifications.
  • To provide AI features such as conversation help and real-time message translation.
  • To keep the community safe, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
  • To provide customer support and improve the app.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate ZVibe, including:

  • Video calling infrastructure to power live calls.
  • SMS providers to send your verification code.
  • An AI provider to deliver translation and conversation features.
  • Apple for processing purchases.
  • Other members see the profile details and content you choose to share.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our members.

4. Your choices & rights

You can review and update your profile at any time in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

5. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@zvibe.co, or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, then delete or anonymise it, except where we must retain it for legal or security reasons.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

8. Age restriction

ZVibe is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 21, we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
