Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or verify your phone number below to delete it from outside the app.
Before you continue
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your account and associated profile, posts, social connections, and chat data through the deletion process. Uploaded media cleanup may require retries. Save anything you need first.
This is account deletion, not just signing out or removing the app. It does not automatically reverse completed App Store purchases or remove copies already held by others.
What may remain after deletion
Some records may remain for fraud prevention or legal obligations, including store transaction identifiers without ZVibe account identifiers. Storage cleanup can be delayed by service failures. Copies held by other people, provider records, technical logs, and backups may have separate retention periods.
Deleting a conversation alone only hides it from your view and is not account deletion. Read the retention and deletion policy for more detail. We do not promise an immediate purge of all copies or a fixed deletion deadline.
Can’t access your phone number?
Contact support for help with your request. We may need to verify account ownership. Never email a verification code or password.
