How do I get started?
Download ZVibe from the App Store, create your profile with a photo, your age (21+), interests and vibe tags, then join the live queue to meet people on video.
How does video matching work?
Tap to enter the live queue and you'll be connected face-to-face with another member in seconds. If you both vibe, you can connect again and keep chatting.
What are coins and gifts?
Coins are an in-app balance used to send virtual gifts and unlock premium moments. You can top up securely through Apple's In-App Purchase. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
How do I stay safe?
You can report or block anyone during a video call or in chat. Our community is 21+ and we take safety seriously — please report anything that doesn't feel right.
How do I delete my account?
You can request full account deletion at any time. See our Account Deletion page, or email support@zvibe.co and we'll take care of it.
