Delete your account
You're always in control of your data. Here's how to permanently delete your ZVibe account.
How to request deletion
- Email support@zvibe.co from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number or nickname on your ZVibe profile so we can locate your account.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently remove your profile, photos, videos, messages, matches and other personal data associated with your account.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons (for example, records of purchases). Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
